The ORCA Big Whale Day is Coming to WhaleFest in Brighton on Sunday 6th November 2011

This year ORCA’s Big Whale Day has just got bigger; it’s going to WhaleFest. 

ORCA is holding its AGM and Big Whale Day event at WhaleFest on Sunday 6th November.  We have lots of exciting events including a dedicated ORCA talk from our patron Mark Carwardine along with access to all the thrilling events at WhaleFest.  Here is a taste of ORCA’s Big Whale Day:

11.30-12.00 The Giants of the Deep
12.00-14.00 Exploring the wider WhaleFest event

MarineLife at WhaleFest

Join MARINElife at this years biggest event for those interested in whales and dolphins - Planet Whale's Whalefest!


The event takes place on the 5th and 6th of November 2011 at the Hove Centre in Brighton.


MARINElife will have a stall and will be running a 50 minute introduction to MARINElife's photo-identification work for those with an interest in wildlife observation. We will also give a presentation on the whales and dolphins in the Channel and our work on the Charm III project.
