Voyages of Discovery, based in St Davids, Pembrokeshire, is a local family run business, operating the largest and most modern fleet of vessels along this stretch of coast for over two decades.
Our Offshore Islands Whale & Dolphin Watch is an exceptional trip in every sense. First sailing to Grassholm Island, third largest Gannet Colony in the northern hemisphere, home to over 100,000 Gannets. Then heading further offshore in the direction of the Smalls lighthouse in search of Cetaceans. This voyage has provided excellent sightings of Seals, Porpoise, Common Dolphin, Rissos Dolphin, Minke Whale, Fin Whale, as well as Basking Shark, Sunfish and Leatherback Turtle.
All our voyages are professionally guided by expert Skippers and Crew, all of whom are highly experienced, including a marine biologist, oceanographer and RNLI Coxswain.
