firmm means foundation for information and reseach on marine mammals. Our goal is to protect the whales and dolphins in the Strait of Gibraltar by raising awareness and passing information gathered by our research platform to the general public. This is done by respectfull whale-watching, weekly courses, 30 min. introduction talks before the trips, conferences, internet... "ONLY WHAT WE KNOW WE CAN APPRECIATE AND LOVE, AND THEREFORE WILLING TO PROTECT".

firmm (foundation for information and research on marine mammals), is offering respectful whale watching since 1998, in the Strait of Gibraltar, on board last generation boats.

The captains of our fleet are trained to follow this code of conduct, in order to minimalize the disturbance towards the animals)

- Scientific projects of the marine biologists
