Ocean Odyssey | Whale & Dolphin Watching

Ocean Odyssey offers whale and dolphin watching cruises for young and old. Cruises depart twice daily, weather dependant. We specialise in offering informative, educational cruises. With a maximum of 12 passengers, everyone gets a good view of the wildlife.

About our skippers and naturalist guides

Our Director and skipper was trained by Dr Vic Cockcroft of the Centre for Dolphin Studies, one of South Africa's foremost non profit dolphin research organisations. Our director, Amanda Jobson has a research masters for her work studying the Indo Pacific humpback dolphin in Plettenberg Bay and Knysna.

This is a fantastic company, David the skipper used to work for the Centre for Dolphin Studies and has a great knowledge. His boat is small so it is a very personal experience and his permit allows him to approach whales up to 50m. If you want a great experience give them a call
